lower intake manifold on 94 3.8L

hey i was wondering if anyone knew if the ports and bolt holes on the lower intake manifold off a 94 3.8L stang would match up with the ports and bolt holes on a 3.8L thunderbird sc. i know the tops are different(obviously) due to the supercharger in the thunderbird. im trying to put a lower intake off a thunderbird sc on my stang. didnt wanna pull it all apart to find out it dosnt fit. thanks!

yes it will , go to 3.8mustang.com and search M90 swap , I am doing one soon , got the engine , need to get a balancer , lower pulley and few other things
