I just lowered my Stang with H&R Super Sports, installed MM C/C plates and I'm getting ready to take it in for an alignment. I see that MM recommends -0.5 for camber. Ford set my stock ride at -1.1 degrees. Should I have the shop set it at -1 or should I use the MM -0.5?

I'm strongly considering the -1. I have Ford Racing 2000 Cobra R's that are 9.5" wide and I'd like to tuck the upper outside edge as close to the fender as possible.

What do you guys run with the supersports and the sportlines (big drop springs)???

Thanks!!!

Oh...no auto crossing here...just agressive street driving on windy country roads

I'd listen to MM, and roll the fender lip before you consider running unnecessary camber. Youll eat up the edge of the tire with too much (or too little) camber.

I think youd have more problems with those wheels hitting the inside of the wheel well before theyd hit the fender.

Here are my settings with H&R SS's.

What shop did you take your Stang to that had that nice alignment display (your photo).

OK, let's say I go with MM's camber setting recommendation. My next question deals with their toe recommendation - it seems agressive. They suggest setting the toe at 0.5 degrees toe-in. That's a lot more than Ford's recommended 1/16" total toe-in. Also, their instructions say nothing of whether it is 0.5 total toe-in or not. I'm assuming it is total toe-in or it would be a full degree of toe-in...which is much, much more than the Ford recommendation.

Any thoughts?
