Lowered with 18's

gys i just ordered chrome saleen 18's.....Ive also got the fox body 4cyl springs for the front and fox body GT springs for the rears...... does anybody have any pics of that combo at all?..im just curious what the drop will look like with the 18" rims....

Also one quick question seeing as im goign to be installing my springs this weekend..for anybody who has the fox body setup in there 99+GT's what do you reccommend as far as cutting the rears? 1 coil or 1.5 coils

It will look awesome, I just put sportline springs on mine with 18's it is slammed and looks kick ass

poontanggt, any problems with new noises since you lowered your car, was it a full 2 inches, and what kind of C/C plates are you running?

I havn't got any yet i'll have to wait a month or so. There are some little creaking noise from the rear but it's a vert so there are always some kind of noises and i think they are still breaking in. I have a roush stage one front valance so i just have to be real carefull not to scrach it. I'll try to post some pics tonight.

and it was at least 2 in. the tires are right at the fenders.

they are 18by9.5 all around. Tires are 245 40 18 and I can go maybe 255 in the fronts but i can braley fit two fingers from the tires and the fender now. I had 245 50's and I broke the fenderwell with those. These nittos were cheap so i had to get them.
