Don't forget the engine mounts. Don't wait until they collapse.
Energy Suspension poly's changed the ride because the engine is not bouncing around.

I forgot to mention to replace the spring isolator pads. Not that Urethane is what you want, but here is an example of a complete kit.

The Moog u-joints are crap because they don't fit right.
There's a recent thread here about this.
The Spicer u-joints do fit well.

I'll probably piece it together, stock parts for some items like sway bar bushings and end links, hopefully find a kit for shocks and struts or just buy good quality ones from the local auto parts store. I'll go with a matched set of upper and lower rear control arms, maybe Ford motorsport front LCA if they are still produced. Nothing fancy...but everything will be new, so I'm sure it'll be a drastic improvement
