i know i asked this a while ago but i have doubts that this would work. I was wondering if i could just buy the lx lenses and take my gt ones off. or i could buy the whole assembly on ebay. i think ive heard that it is easier to buy the whole assy. because the lense tabs could crack and whatnot. has anyone here just swapped lenses???

you could just swap lenses if your careful....make sure you silicone/seal the new pieces real good....you dont want water inside or someone yanking them off....

I wish I had friends like that. Well, sometimes you just come into deals. Anyways, I bought mine new off 50resto for $114 about two years ago and the only problem I had is getting the right side tail lense to seal properly. It kept on separating until I used some 3M adhesive, which is the next best thing to welding.

The lx tailights look hot on a gt. We have only that had lx lights.
A cheap way of getting them too is...... Well its kinda bad.

This one girl pissed me off so when she was working, I casually walked by her car and swooped on her lights. ( not saying that is what you should go do) People try to do it to our lights all the time, But finally figure out that they wernt gonna get my lights because I screw them in.
