lx timing

i put a new timing belt in and I cant get the timing right. how do you adjust the timing? i cant find a blot on the distributor. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

an 89?
If you are standing on the drivers side fender looking at the distributer, the hold down bolt is just slightly further away than the distributer. the hold down bolt is 17mm, and the easiest way to get to it is from underneath the lower intake.
