MAC Fenderwell Cold Air Intake

I have a problem with my air intake making a loud humming noise at low rpms. I installed the air intake and was working fine but then after a few weeks it started making noise. All conections are ok and nothing is rattling or lose. Anybody have an ideas.

are you sure it is the intake tubing? can you make it happen with the hood up by opening the throttle manually?

it sounds to me like the belt might be rubbing against something.
