J/K. All 99-04 Mustang Gt's should have came with the grill delete and chin spoiler from the factory - IMO, the front end just doesn't look complete without it. I do think the 3-piece grill delete is the way to go, but it isn't that obvious; I had the 3-piece on my Gt, then smashed the front end 2 weeks later.
Good thing is I kept the Mach 1 chin, so I have a spare.
