No, I meant a bill of sale from you selling the car to your insurance company.
Let me know if you are interested in selling the JLT.

Thanks and best of luck. Hang in there. I thought the worst when I lost my beloved black GT, but not long after that I found my Mach. Maybe you'll end up in a Cobra?

my car is seems to be damaged as much as your gt was. But no I have not heard anything yet from the insurance company they said they would call me later in the week as far as who is liable and the status of my car.

It'll likely be totaled. Typically if the airbags deploy the insurance company does not want the liability of having you driving in this car again with a repaired SRS.

that sucks dude....the interchange from 90 West to 290 south can be a huge cluster f**k. i live in dundee, and i drive from 90 to 290/53 north everyday to work (arlington heights, right by the horse track). and that can suck alot too.

when my GT got totaled they told me that if i took a part off my car i had to replace it with another stock part, so that may not work for you. just glad you are ok

Dont know if someone already said it, but if your car is totaled usually you can buy it for the cost that they would sell it to a salvage yard for. My friend did this with his truck it was totaled and valued at $5500 the salvage price was around $2500 he took a check for $3000 and fixed it himself. In your case you may just want to swap parts into another car but you see what im getting at.. Hope i could help - Zak

INSURANCE UPDATE:

Well her insurance company is now telling me that they are not responsible for the towing or storage fees on the car. That I am responsible for my own property and that I should have already got the car out of storage and had a quote on the car. Its not DRIVABLE and 3 hrs away from me you inconsiderate pr*cks. I got so angry with them on the phone yesterday that they hung up on me. It has been in there for 10 days so far and the total cost is now over $1100. So I had to get my insurance company involved and her insurance company is still claiming that they are not liable for the charges. Not once when I talked to them previously did they say to get the car out of the salvage yard. Most of the times the insurance company doesn't want to the car to be touched at all. So what if I moved it and something were to happen to it, they would claim not liable. I'm so sick of ****** insurance companies I could puke. I still have not been notified if the car is totaled or not nor has anyone even gone and looked at it. They said I needed to fill out paper work before I they could go look at it. This is stupid. Sorry for long rant!

when i had my accident the other ladies insurance was a big joke. i finally just f**k you and made the claim though my insurance (state farm) and was taken care of quick and easy. they didnt waste time blaming me for anything and went right after the other lady's insurance....AND i got much more money on my total than her company was willing to pay out.

I have state farm as well they have been very helpful so far. As you said the other lady's insurance is terrible. One of those things you get what you pay for. But State Farm asked me why I didn't move the car either? Hello, i'm 2 1/2 hours away, car is not drivable, should I picking it up on my back to move it?
