Mach I shocks and Struts for 98 V6???

I posted in the V6 forum also but not many people go to that section so i might as well as it here also.

i have a friend of mine with a 98 v6 who wants to buy new shocks and struts for his car. Would Mach I shocks and struts (part # 3R3Z-18125-AB, shock and 3R3Z-18124-AB ,strut Genuine Ford 2003 Mach 1 Tokico front strut and rear shock) fit his car?
his car is lowered with Eibach Pro-Kit.
