the suspension in the front is completely back together with the exception of the front swaybar. all that is left before the motor goes in is to bolt in the swaybar and install the flaming river steering shaft. im hoping the car is done by the end of next week. (wishful thinking of course considering how lazy i am)

Sweet - the Cerveza mod! I hear that's a good one.

Looks good brah. That's a fair amount of work. As someone considering CC plates (for the fox if my spring plans change like I think they will), those are nice beefy lookin units.

Keep up the good work and remember that staying properly hydrated is important. Having a buddy (Joe) there for moral hydration support can be helpful.

Almost there! Looks great. Looks like your doing the same thing I did.....everything all at once Only your going one step further, the blower. I went NOS instead. Your going to love the NEW CAR.A buddy of mine just drove mine the other night and said he couldn't believe it was a mustang! He's had 3 vetts and 2 BMW's and said it was the best driving car he's ever been behind the wheel of. I couldn't get him out of it. I know the price tag is way up there by now, but it will all be worth it in the end.

You can use a 10 spline tool just fine, if you have one laying around. Worked fine for me.

Thought leaving a little open to alignment issues, I've shadetreed it like Mike (socket extension, a widdled down broom handle once, etc). You can push the fork while installing it if you're off a bit (though waitin for the alignment tool is easier).

Is the issue unscrewing the old tie rod ends from the old rack? I unscrew the set nut away and hit the threads with PB for starters (I'm thinking you did that already, but I wasnt sure........)

Good luck.

I had the same problem. I sprayed some PB between the set screw and the tie rod and let it set for a few minutes then I used a propane torch (cheap Lowes HD brand) and heated it up and she came off fine.

DAMN!! I missed the Best part
In-laws came over after church, which is why I didnt call or come over.

BTW...Do you just drop the WHOLE thing in with EVERYTHING bolted on...intake, accessories and even the Vortech?

If youre Home Wed or Thursday AM, I may drop by.
