MAF Size/ part number

im looking at my MAF censor, got it sitting in my lap. i was wondering if someone could help me figure out the size of it.

also how do i tell the size of my throttle body? do i have to take it off? im looking around and i dont see any part numbers on it.

so i only got a 55mm MAF, for what im running which seems to be just a very small cam/iron heads (not sure)/and an upper/lower intake would it be a good idea to upgrade the MAF and throttle body? what is that a few ponies and better throttle response if i switch to a 70mm MAF and a matching throttle body? better driveability?
