Magnaflow cat-back w/ VRS X-pipe...does it sound raspy?

I really want to get the stainless VRS off-road X-pipe to go with my Magnaflow cat-back. I have heard somewhere that the x-pipe w/ magnaflows tend to sound raspy, is this true? I want a deep tone with out much raspyness. Would I be better off going with a MAC h-pipe over the VRS X-pipe, or would I be happy with the X-pipe?

From my understanding x-pipe with regular magnaflows sounds pretty good.

I've got an O/R H with Magnaflows and LT's and have no rasp at all. Very DEEP muscle sound, I love it. Im sure the X would sound fine as well.

I have regular magnaflow w/ Prochamber. Nice smooth sound. I believe that regular magnaflows with x would be too smooth to be raspy. Now magnapack would be a whole different story.

Well, it turns out I decided on the MAC off-road H-pipe. I just ordered this morning w/ MIL Eliminators. I got the 3-piece modular design with the durablack coating. I hope this thing fits and is of good quality. I guess we will see. I should get it Mon. or Tues. so I will install it that night. I decided against the X-pipe because I wanted the deeper, muscle car sound. I can't wait!
