Do you still have the throttle body to valve cover line hooked up?!!? If so, that's supplying boost pressure to the crankcase from the throttle body.

For a simple but effective boosted set up, you need the pcv valve that will hold up under boost, a breather on the cover (to let air IN under vacuum, to let crankcase pressure OUT under boost), and you need to cap the throttle body and valve cover nipples.

If you want to make it less messy, then route a hose from the valve cover (in place of the breather) to a catch can, and 'vent' the catch can/oil trap into the suction side of the supercharger.

"If you want to make it less messy, then route a hose from the valve cover (in place of the breather) to a catch can, and 'vent' the catch can/oil trap into the suction side of the supercharger." do i need to do this even if i have a breather on the cover???

"btw what can i use to plug it?"....any parts store will sell you vacuum caps for about $.39 apiece...
