Anyways is there a way to remove the red or something or can i with some chemical buff it out i dunno any suggestions.....or how to's?

you ever see a clear lensed stop light?

Actually I have, but I know what you're saying. Yes they are red plastic and no, there is no way to make stock lenses clear.

P.S.: the clear stop lights have a bunch of high intensity LEDs in them. The LED's epoxy case is clear, but the semiconductor inside emits only a certain wavelength of red light.....most likely around 660nm.

some taillights are clear with a red layer inside the lens....I now a guy who cut the taillights apart on his (I'm guessing the year) 97 Intrepid and took the red out and made them clear...trunk light and all. He said he would do this on my 95 mustang but I told him no thanks it's not a import lol
