Guys today i got my tires in for my 18X10 and 18X9 saleen rims and when i looked at them they looked huge!! I said well ill see how they look when i mount them up. Big mistake. the tires i got where 295/35/18 and 245/45/18. the rear tires were 2 1/2 inchs too big for may app. and it would rub on the fender well like crazy. GUys if yur gonna get tires got with wat the pros tell u not wat u hear from yur buddies.

i can't believe 295's rub the fender...and 295 is not too big for a 10 inch wide wheel. I have 315's on a 10.5 inch wheel with no rubbing at all.

So... what's your application problem? I ask because if they're stock on a Saleen that's lower than a GT, why wouldn't they fit?

I know it's theory vs reality but...It just don't sit right ya'll

I have 295 35 18s on 18x9's and they haven't given me any trouble whatsoever. I think they would be perfect on a 18x10.

The rear's should fit.. For the front you need 265/35/18.. If the rears rub bad roll the fenders or get 285/35

What are they rubbing on. If they are hitting the quad shock then try flipping it around the other way. That could help.

IT SEEMS SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO PUSH THE LIMITS OF GETTING THE WIDEST TIRE AND ALL TAKING CHANCES OF RUBBING N ALL WHY NOT JUST BE ON THE SAFE SIDE . SALEEN MUSTANGS COME STOCK WITH 255/35/18 FRONT 275/38/18 REAR CANT GO WRONG.
