Well I got this boot and bezel from the JY for 2 bucks.
All I had to do to make it fit was remove the boot from the bezel and flip it upside down so it would fit over the shifter in all gears. I also had to cut the opening a tiny little bit bigger.
Here's a pic, sorry it looks a little weird, i flattened it down a little after I took the pic so it doesn't stick out all weird around the sides.
