OK, so I am at the point in the build to do my brake lines. I am going custom front to back, as I am NOT going to run them above the firewall seam and want them as hidden in the engine bay as possible. I am also going to rin the rear brake line down the drivers side of the car because it will be cleaner. The passenger brake line will go under the engine along the K member.
No on to my question: what port on the MC is front and which is rear? I know it seems like a simple question, but the MC is from a 95 V6 car and I dont know if they are different. Below is a diagram of how I am going to run the system when i get the info on which ports to use...
My plan is to have the front and rear seperate with no factory prop valve, as the brakes are entirely custom. I am running stock 2001 GT calipers in the front and I have 1998 panther platform discs in the rear (panther is fords name for the Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, and Town Car). Mustang5L5 did all the math for me on that and said I will be good. But I have never done a completely custom brake system before and I want to make sure I am not going to die if I drive it...
thanks in advance!
