The t-45 is rated to 325 ft-lbs of torque. But your driving style and abuse will determine how long the tranny survivies. Guys with more HP have had no probs.

Staying at or below 325 ft-lbs of torque is a good rule of thumb on a
stock T-45 because your driving style and if you abuse it or not will
determine if your T-45 is living on barrowed time.There are guys on here
that have had good luck going over 325 ft-lbs. though just depends.
