My wife love my car more then me , regardless all the trouble it has been to get the trans fixxed.. i told her i was gonna buy a new 5.0 and she said Sure if it was for her.. She doesnt like her 2002 60k mile Escort ZX2 anymore now that i got my SN95. But I had to ground her from my car cause she scraped all the paint off the bottom of my cobra bumper

She thinks she gonna get a new 5.0 i think her foot is heavier then mine..

Ha ha..

I say go for the new 5.0 or wait on the anniversary, i hear its supposed to be Supercharged...

13+sec from a factory ride and 20+mpg.. thats pretty dam tempting.....

It would be nice to wait for the 50th anniversary model, BUT...my girls are 13 and 14...I drive them to school every day, and I dont want to wait 3 more years..they love riding around in the stang and "looking cool" in front of their friends. Maybe I will have the 2011 paid off, and give it to one of them then get the 2014 for me!!

As "cool" as the new 5.0 may seem. I still like my good old sn95. I really didnt like the first of the s197 styling but started to like it. But they totally cagged it with the tweaks they made to it now (my opinion). Ill wait to see what they decide to do with the body. But my sn is never going anywhere thats for sure. And besides my g/f definitely doesnt like the new stangs so she really prefers mine over that and I would never hear the end of her comments about it if I got one.

Maybe I would feel differently if I had the money to make a purchase like that, but I find it very hard to understand why a person with such a nice SN as yours that they JUST put a TON of work into that also has a TON more individuality than a new one, would wanna swap. If your SN doesnt have air then put air in it otherwise I can't see why you would do it. But again, I dont have the kind of money to be in a position to make this decision.
