Roush May be selling my 90 Saleen 5 spokes, need accurate info on them

Hey marcus,
what do you think of this, i can get a set of saleen speedline 17's in the 4 lug version for a fox body, they are a little roughed up and the guy is looking for $300, but i could probably offer $250, 2 tires in fair condition, 2 bald.

Some jackass painted them black, and did a half ass'ed job and and the polished lip on all of them has some scuffing, no full nic's.
He also only painted the face of the rim, with these rims you can see about 1 inch of face on the side he didn't paint.

what do you think?

It's these, just painted and messed up (no dents, just horrible painting) and 4 lug. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...&item=7939515694&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT

Believe it or not those 17" Speedlines in the four lug are great sellers only because you can bolt them right up to any fox mustang. If they are straight I would get them for as cheap as you could, have them stripped and then painted the correct silver leaving the polished lip and having the painter clear the entire wheel. Those wheels from the factory are painted anyway and not powdercoated. If you could sit on them for the perfect buyer and if they looked really good I bet you could get $1,500 for them. I would have a decal/sticker guy make a couple of perfect size Speedline decals made and have them cleared in when the final coat goes on. That would be great.

i could strip them and refinish the lip, but not so sure of my painting skills, and at the moment i got so much stuff going on, i don't know if i want to invest in another project.

But if you really think they are that hot, maybe i'll give it a shot.

But i was kinda of thinking, jut strip them, polish up the lip and sell them that way, and make a few bucks.
