Check sig for combo. Victor maybe overkill since it's a 4000rpm-7000rpm runner type. The Holley is very nice and makes power from 2000-6500. The RPM II maybe a bit perfect for my combo, 1500-6500 rpm.

Any thoughts?

Sig didn't work.

RPM II for this application. I don't think your cam is big enugh to support a victor efi intake, nor do you have near enough compression. You're using probe srs flat tops right? Should be over 10:1 with a 58cc head. What thickness head gasket you using and is the block zero deck?

The rpm with ported lower might work good for your application as well. Though with the right cam, the rpm II will spank it from here to kingdom come :D The victor is an awesome 347 intake if you have the parts to support it. You're just lacking cam and compression.

If its a .039" gasket or close to it, you're in the 10.5:1 range. My heads are 55.6cc with a zero deck block, probe srs flat tops, .039" gasket and my compression came out to 11.045:1. I remember you saying you were @ 9.5:1, I don't see how when our only difference is I have a slightly smaller chamber and i'm 11:1. I have a compression calculator I can Email you.

The ported rpm should work well. Have the upper opened for a 75mm tb too ;) Should have gone more aggressive on the camshaft!

Then if thats not quick enough, throw on the victor with an anderson N91 cam, 4.30 gears shift @ 7,000 and rock on :D

I didn't want an aggressive cam. I still have A/C and want to drive the wife and kids around every weekend. I didn't want a car that rocks back and forth or obnoxious to be around. Going back to simplier times.

I'll call Toby at CHP and check compression again. I have the balance sheet right here but it doesn't list it. Email the compression caculator.

Yeah i feel pretty much the same way. I think we will end up with pretty similar combos wheni do mine this summer. I will be fine with 340-350rwhp but better driveability, i mean it is my only car lol.

Just give me your Email address, Joe.

I hear you on not wanting an obnoxious car. Oddly enough with my healthy cam, the car drives fine. Your cars gonna make quite abit of noise though with that 3" stuff and 3" mac mufflers :D

Really? Here to kingdom come huh? Seen that done before? ...........I'm up for a challange.

RPMII vs ported RPM on that combo.........

The RPM II would be my choice for you Joe. The Holley takes a ton of work for it to match up remotely close to the AFR 185 head. AFR's match up really well with the RPM line of intakes and the RPMII would be great for you.

Wow, good to know. A friend of mine was going to go with that combo. The systemax is a pretty popular intake, I wonder why it doesn't match up well are the Holley heads alot different then AFR-185's?
