Hey, didn't some of those ratty old jeans even get coverage in a national publication? That could make them worth more!Hmmm...
I have a pile of old Levi's, loaded with holes & rips I could make a fortune with!
I remember reading a one of "Cheapie's" articles - I think it was the one including her chunk/Ring &Pinon swap - and leaving the mag on the kitchen table. Mrs StDr looked at it for a moent and said "Good grief, Honey; this curly-haired guy stole your pants!" I looked at the picture she was pointing to, looked down at my favorite pair of lawn-mowing jeans (which I was wearing); and said "No, but mine will look like that after the next trip through the washer"

Ah yes, the infamous picture taken in front of a Dollar Store, and the birth of Chepie! I think I still even have those specific jeans!

Well not really. I went home as all of you know, then drove back to Wichita last week Wednesday. Spent a lot of time with Heather, we went out to eat several times, and went to the movie once. The 1st she was leaving on a plane for Chicago, so we didn’t go out or anything the night before, we just watched a movie at my apartment and cuddled for a few hours. The next day I went over to her house picked her up then took her to the airport. I got her tickets all lined up checked her baggage, then took her to security, she started crying and we said goodbye, I won’t see her again until the 14th , I already miss her so much. On the bright side leaving for Vegas Thursday, should be good, I will either be staying in the MGM Grand, or Treasure Island, Our all inclusive tickets are for both.
On another note, we want to go somewhere special for spring break, Its going to be our last spring break, we want to go somewhere warm, we live in central Kansas, our spring break is march 18-24. Any ideas????

Vegas! Give my regards to Elvis, and stop in & see Jay at Mustang Depot! I did when I was out there. He's a great person, and his car is outrageous!

I can vouch for that! I did spring break in Clearwater sometime in the early '90s...I actually can't remember the exact year, nor many of the details of the trip, so it must have been fun!Come on down to clearwater florida man!?!?!

BTW, I got used to the Vegas thing when my Ex lived out there. You don't have to spend alot to have fun.
I know, I have been in a bad mood every day since i dropped her off at the airport, It really sucks, we have decided to never go on long trips without each other ever again.
Yea but the guys i went with all wanted to go lady chasin, so after you pay a 20 dollar cover charge 3 dollar coat charge, and then spend 8 dollars a beer it gets pretty expensive, especially if all your doing is chilling at the bar talking, while your friends try to pick up ladies. If i ever go back, i will go with heather,

Cheap Fun
On my last two trips there, I had alot of fun trying other Vegas things. I did the Horse Show at the Excaliber, many beers, eating with your hands, a gas! I found the cheap black Jack tables ay the Excaliber as well, $5, and played for over 3 hours on $100, can't beat that! Also looked up Jay at Mustang Depot.
Next time, less drinking, more fun.
Give that gal quite a hug when she get back, just don't get too mushy with her, you're still the man.
