Installed Snow Performance' methanol injection system on my '01 GT to cool the intake charge. The shop that did the work made it easy by tapping into my windshield washer resevoir instead of using the supplied tank.
I currently have it set to open the jet 50% at 2 lbs of boost and 100% at 5 lbs. It comes with two different sized jets. I'm using the smaller one until I can get my chip reburned to add back some timing and lean the mixture out a bit. I should be back to stock timing or a little bit more even with a P1SC and a 12 lb pulley.
SUPPOSEDLY the methanol injection will enable me to make this agressive change to the tune SAFELY and result in around 40 more horsepower. If that's true, $399 will be a steal! I'll keep you posted.
