oh yeah i found mickey mouse in my engine compartment today while installing my alt, so i decided to run the engine and scare if out of there well no luck. he runs somewhere by the stearing wheel rod. i swear if this sob chews wires there will be hell to pay. so my heater works but only out the top of the windshield and not out the vents. could he had made a nest somewhere and resticted the heat flow.

I would get him outa there, a friend of mine had a bunch of injector wires chewed through and found out when He took his truck to get it serviced. Mickey left a bunch of pellets through out the engine bay as well, a real joy to clean up in those hard to reach places.

yeah i drove it for 15 min around i wouldnt think he will still there unless he hide somewhere, but the engine was about 195 degrees so motor and trans getting nice and warm. i dont think he would be there long i hope

Clean that engine bay asap. If he has a nest in there his piss will kill your gaskets. I cant tell you how many cars ive seen come into the dealership with bad gaskets because a mouse built a nest and pissed everywhere.

I couldn't tell you how many times I have seen dead mice in a/c blower motors. Or dead squirels wrapped around a serpentine belt. Nothing beats when a lil old lady was complaining of a squeaking noise under her dash only to find a baby kitten hiding in there.

I used to have a bird build nests in my old T/A's tail pipe and laways on the drivers side. I only drove it every couple of months or so, and the little fugger would always come back and rebuild the nest. one day I fired it up and gave it a couple blasts from the loud pedal. it didnt come back after that.

Put some decon down under your motor, We get alot of dead mice in the blower at the dealer I work at. ITs a quick 1hr for me to pull them and theyre dead pinky babies out though.

And Yea we get alot of crank sensor wired getting chewed from them. not sure why but its ALWAYS the crank sensor wire..??

Buy some Decon. The mice eat that stuff up then they die. Works everytime. We have it at work and sure enough, a few feet away from the Decon is a dead mouse.

A fun way of killing him is spraying him with Brakeleen. I sprayed that stuff a few inches from the mouse and it died instantly!!!!

The vent defaults to defroster when the vac line is not connected. The vac line will be up on the fire wall. Find it and hook it back up.
