Microsquirt with MSD 6A help

I re scaled the fuel table and added to the entire thing to get my AFR's back in check with the new injector dead time & spark hardware latency. Did a couple light pulls with ve analyze and it already feels way better.

Feel free to criticize this one. I didn't touch much in the idle settings yet, so that will still need some work. I found where you pointed out the idle advance was too high but didn't touch that yet. I also didn't touch AE settings yet until I fully understand it more. Ignition is still pretty conservative but I did add a degree or 2 above 100 kpa.
