Blue 1988 Ford Mustang LX 2.3L 5-Speed:
My current daily driver, I bought this car last year as a bone stock 2.3L N/A 5spd. Later on I dropped a Turbocharged motor in this car in May of 2004, the car has about 150K miles. The motor was pulled out of an '87 Ford Thunderbird TurboCoupe, had about 140K when it was removed. IHI Turbo has about 90K on it (thanks 140cilx). Has all new gaskets, pistons are clean! cylinders are smooth and still have their original cross hatching, head is ported, intakes are ported, kurban FPR, K&N Cone filter, TC Radiator, 35lb injectors, GT front sway bar, fresh tune-up. Chassis is straight and is undercoated, has new Rack&Pinion, new PS pump, new PS hoses, all new tie rod ends, new shocks and struts new front brake pads, new ford front control arms with new ball joints, '5.0Resto' black metal exterior door handles, new speed sensor, new transmission cross-member, new fan switch relay, ext. Its sporting the 10-hole wheels as well. Interior is standard grey and is also pretty clean. the body is pretty straight, 1/4 pannel is a bit scratched on the drivers side, and hatch has some rust spots where paint is chipping off. The paint is good on the sides of the car, but on the top (hatch, roof, hood) is dull. It was obviouslly respraid at some point, they did not do a good job preping.
Sorry guys, Lumbar Seats NOT included, their not mine, Will be replaced with stock LX seats.
I Don't know how much money I want for this car if I sell it, but I wouldnet mind trading for a solid 5.0 or an F-Series Truck.
