I'm looking into doing a mini tub not to shorten the axles but, to fit larger tires in the rear. I was wondering do I have to shorten the axles to fit a 17x12 wheel in the rear I don't want to short the axles because my car is setup for roadracing. I already have the rear quarters rolled and they look really nice. I saw the story in MM&FF about this and need more info on it.
