Was it a paper from 1976??? It its a current paper, wow, that is crazy. I don't know I believe it though... America has become a land of vintage this and collectible thats. Every freaking thing over 10 years old is collectible now, and Mustangs are the poster child for the phenomenon. To make me a believer, you'll have to tell me what paper it was in. And if it is true, then someone got a killer deal.

i missed out out a pretty good deal myself yesterday. it was completely original and running, but in need of restoration. 68 ranchero, 390, auto, ps, pdb, ac and factory tach. the saking price was $2500, i called the guy to see if i could go look at it yesterday and he had already sold it on friday for $2000

Well most of you already know this, but I just bought a completely original 70 Mach 351W 2V car for $2500.00!

Brand new engine (I am actually assembling it today) and newly rebuilt transmission.

No rust, body is straight (save for the hood and passenger quarter panel) and everything is there.

Divorce...bad fortune for some, good deals for others.
