O.k. I got the stang finished and running well. Its a 94 with a fresh rebuilt 302 (.030) over. mild port on the heads, stock intake. Heavy valve springs, stock rockers. stock cam. bbk 70mm tb. bbk shorty headers O/R h pipe borla exhaust. Here's my problem I'm not really imressed with performance and I am thinkin from the looks of the plugs that I'm running a little lean. Makes sence with some airflow mods and stock fuel setup. So the Question is What fuel mods should I get to put me where I need to be. MAF and inj. or just a reg. and up the pressure?
. Than an intake cobra, edelbrock, trickflow. 70mm throttle body is probably hurting you with that stock intake and mild heads try a 65mm throttle body. good luck
but you could use a fuel pressure regulator to help with that it's not a fix more like a band aid. I'm not sure if timing would effect how lean or rich you run but you could check that hell advance the timing to like 13* to 14* and run 93 at the pump.
