Hey this is my first post so bear with me if you could. I just recently purchased my first Mustang. It is a 1993 GT. I was wondering how difficult it would be to drop the '01 cobra full engine asembly ford racing sells into it. Does it drop right in or do I need minor or major modifications, an anyones input on whether it is better to spend 6 grand somewhere else. My car has 167,000 miles on it and i planned on rebuilding it anyway. Thanks for your time.

you can either make custom motor mounts or you can buy a new k member....i know that maximum motorsports sells a kmember for the fox that will hold a 4.6 engine. just remember that you will have to change your tranny, computer and a crap load of wiring is required
