more hp on the 2.3

I know this question has probably been beat to death on here already but what is the best and most cost efficient way to add HP on the 2.3 .... all opinions welcome.

Uhhh, Uhhh, BOOST!! Turbo is the best (and cheaper on a 2.3) way to go when looking for power.
