more top end?

retarding the cam and/or going with 1.7 rockers will give you more top end at the sacrifice of bottom end.
That's just what happens when you open up the maximum breathing capabilities of a motor.
Power adders for the most part give you more power everywhere.

search ebay for used GT40 or even GT40p heads , and cam and new timing set doesnt cost that much ........trust me if you can find some heads for 300 - 400 bucks and then spend 200 on cam and timing set , once its on the car you will wonder why in the hell you waited so long to splurge and spend a few hundred on your car .......on a good day your car might put down 220 rwhp , dont seem like a lot but with used GT40s and cam 255-265 rwhp is a big big difference ......its almost as good as a 75 dry shot on a stock car ....but its there all the time

i was going to say blower. but if you don't have cash for heads then i doubt you have it for a blower. You could go to a solid roller cam and valve springs to match so that you don't have valve float at higher rpm's.

What is a tps enhancer?

its made by caspers electronics, TPS voltage at Wide-Open Throttle (WOT) is a function of power enrichment (PE). If the voltage is below a certain point at WOT, the ECM will reduce the level of power enrichment and the engine will not perform to its potential. This device is completely transparent until 70% TPS, then it takes over and assures maximum TPS voltage for 100% Power Enrichment (PE) when you need it the most. The TPS TEC also corrects for low sensor voltage and "dead spots".
