Just sold my car and now I'm looking at specifically a 96 mystic and I've found a few. 1 the owner seems to be dragging his feet and acting like he doesn't want to sel the car and another has this one here:

My questions pertain to the motor. I'm wanting to have a moderately built car but I want positive displacement on it, no giggle gas. What would be needed to swap the motor to lower the compression for more boost friendly? Would it be better to start with a stock motor and then build from there or tear this one apart and go from there?
