What holds the aftermarket head unit in? My dash just has an opening and that is it. There is a piece of plastic that runs under the stereo, is that all the holds it there? it seems like it would need to be secured somehow, maybe I am missing a piece?

Thanks.

do you have the dual single or double din opening? if you have the double din one youll need a dash kit.

aftermarket decks come with a metal sleve that you put inplace and bend the tabs over to secure it. after that the deck just slides into it and gets locked into place

Does anyone have pics of what it looks like with the head unit out? I just want to make sure I am not missing any pieces. All I have is the bar that goes across the bottom. Also, where should I buy the adapter to go from the Ford Mach harness to an aftermarket harness, I dont want to splice wires like the guy told me too.
