My engine needs a rebuild RIGHT NOW and since I've been wanting a 408W I've decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I'm planning on getting a built up short block and moving what I can from the old engine to the new one. I need advice on what can be transferred and what I need to buy.

My old engine (mostly stock except for):
75 block
mostly stock 351W
Canton oil pan
262H cam
Stealth intake
Holley Avenger 670cfm carb
Duraspark distributor
MSD 6AL
MSD coil
Carter hi-flow mech fuel pump
Summit ministarter
90-amp alternator
Northern aluminum radiator
Taurus fan

I'm getting an all-forged 408W roller shortblock. I'm definitely transferring the oil pan, dizzy, MSD box and coil, fuel pump, starter, alternator and cooling system over. I have AFR205 heads on the way and will be ordering a new intake manifold (Vic Jr), carb (Demon 850), cam (custom mech roller), gaskets, timing set, roller rockers, dizzy gear and lifters shortly. I need advice on what timing set, roller rockers, dizzy gear and lifters I should get.

Do I need to replace anything else?? Balancer, flexplate, water pump, oil pump??
