is there anyway of telling which is which just by looking at them? my friend needs a aod and someon i know is giving him a tranny but he isnt sure if its a Aof or a C4. is there anyway to tell which is which? thanks
It's simple to tell the difference. C4 has a removable bellhousing. AOD does not. AOD's also have a number cast into the top of the bell housing area. I think it's #89, but can't remember for sure.
AOD's and C4's are nearly the same size. AOD's are not huge. E4OD's are huge. C6 is huge.
