Muffler Inlets/outlets

I'm going to be getting mufflers in the very near future, Probably dynomax bullets instead of my original plan of 1 chamber flows, because I've heard that they're louder and make more power. Anyway, What inlet and outlet size should I get? Will the 2.5" center inlet/outlet weld right up to the stock piping easily?

Also, how loud are they at idle and slow RPMs?

You'll need 2.25" if you still have the factory C/B on your car. You can use the Bullets, but it'll be more involved than just welding in a pair of double offset mufflers.

On summit the smallest size bullets they sell are 2.5".. how did you other guys do it?

2.5" is ok ... you'll just have to use a couple reducers on each muffler, that's all.
