muffler question

On my car now I have stock headers to pipes that run to 2 mufflers and they are both offset/offset. I know I need a x or h pipe in there so when im buying mufflers do I buy center/offset or offset/offset?

buying mufflers right now and its offset/offset on there right now but on my 87 with stock h pipe I could swear it was center/offset so whatever i buy now i want it to line up with an aftermarket h or x pipe and im gonna see if the muffler shop can rig me up some side exit exhaust pipes.
