Mustang Dealer Tunes?

Hey everyone I recently had a friend go into a chevy dealership with his truck and get a tune for towing. He says certain dealerships can give you tunes depending on if you want more horsepower, torque, mpg etc. Is this something anyone has heard of and is there something like this for mustangs?

I've seen the edge tuners. Some guys at work run them in their trucks. They get 5 tunes to choose from towing to performance. Anderson sells a pms4 tuner for mustangs. Never used one myself, but they are out there.

Ford has a "tuning package" that you can get and have the dealer install it if you are interested. There are also aftermarket hand-held tuners (SCT and InTune) that you can buy and have someone write tunes for you.
