Another '78 with a '74 nose?

That makes 2 this week?

Your second link:

A link to a brief history of the PDL 2.

Or as I'm sure we would like to call it, the PDL II.

You missed your chance at owning the white and blue one. I posted it when it was for sale. I can't remember when I posted it, and I did a search and could not find the thead!

The flares look like they are little more than crescents of sheet metal grafted to the fender and doctored with filler.

just to let you guys know, the first time i saw the posting of the II race car i went and made copies of the pics, had them laminated and now are hanging in my garage. i have a 1976 ghia coupe with a nice completely rebuilt drive train and front suspension. I know for the puriest out there that cutting the fenders would just make you cry but i want to make mine look like a street legal race car. i love to make cars handle better. the flairs for this project can be bought from a place called MAS. they are the ones that sell fiberglass bumpers for the II's. i plan on running 15x7 up front and 15x8 out back with my lowered suspension. i will up date you guys as i move along.
