ITs just like riding a bike. About 12 years since I last rebuilt a t5, but pulling these apart still feels natural

Only 2k miles on this new gearset. No issues observed at all. I’ll pull it apart a bit more to really inspect

So not sure how far I’m going to go here. Duh through my spare t5 pile and I do have another case all clean and painted and ready to go. Seems a tad excessive.

BTW...working on the engine stand is awesome. These were always a pain to pull apart on table or floor, always tipping over

Gonna have to wait to upgrade the trans. It will be a gforve or Astro gearset. Perhaps that’s next winters projrct.

You'll still probably be ahead of me so...

Ok

So long as you do yours first and make a thread about it then I'll know what I need.

Another 10 min of work later. Then the wife wanted me to come hang out with her.

She’s actually horrified at the fact I took a perfectly fine running automobile apart and did this

Need to clean the case up, paint it, install my new cluster support and reassemble.

Oh my flywheel is MIA.

Took a chance on a small mustang shop selling it $10 cheaper than Summitt. 4 days later I get “we can’t find it...sorry” and for my refund.

So need to order again.

Any reason to not get the M-6375-C302B billet wheel before I buy one?

Clearly, you were not following the manual therefore the pickle possibility still exists

Ya know...those wouldn't be very hard to make. All the crap I've made over the years, looking at those, it doesn't seem that bad.
