The 1-800 number told me that my unit was damaged in shipping!!
Then a week later it stated that there was no information for my unit. I did not mention this to the dealer to see what he would say. He told me that my car didn't make the truck to be shipped and did not make it here this week like it was supposed to but should be here next week.
So, I decided to confront the dealer on this and tell him that I heard that my unit was damaged and now there is no info on it. I also asked if the car may possibly be in their bodyshop now. He denied the allegations and said that they are required to tell me if there was any damage that they fixed to a brand new car. He said his inventory guy was on vacation but he would find out for me as soon as possible if it is indeed damaged. I have a feeling my car is right down the road in a body shop somewhere and I can't see it!!
What do you guys think?
