Hummmmm.....That's what i have.. For some reason the instructions say DO NOT seal weld the ends, leave them open. Not sure why, but they have a reason, I'm sure. I left mine open.

While I appreciate the comment about my huge nuts and might reply, "that's what she said", you are supposed to just weld the reinforcement plates and then you leave my nuts alone Nick!Fair enough, just figured welding versus having your huge nuts hanging out for all to see might have been a more classy way to go. I thought olives made your beer salty?I'm still trying to work with this local guy that might be able to help me out with a hatch and bumpers. He's been busy, I haven't been able to get the parts yet.
I'm hoping he'll follow through and let me come up this week sometime to get them. When (if) it happens, I'll post pictures of the parts along with me doing my happy dance.

Thanks brother, upper control arms come to mind! I want to have a hiem/solid bushing on the body side. Adjustable is fairly important to me as well.i avoid QA1 after the issues with my front struts and my K member.

There has got to be a life compromise on a heim solid end vs a rubber/poly end. Dirt/funk and various road related fungoo will get into the metal and loosen the contact surfaces via friction over time. (At least that's the way it has been for every ladder bar/four link bar I've ever taken off after driving the thing for a period of time on the street.) Does the hiem joint make things too noisy in your opinion? Seems the easiest way out of the binding issue that might take place.
