Still probably my favorite looking intake. Especially powder coated

Exactly what I'd do to it. A charcoal grey color. I'd hang my Cobra intake on the wall and enjoy that awesomeness

It's funny when it comes time to sell stuff, I just can't find the patience to deal with it. I had black parts for a coupe, just low-ball offers. Finally I traded the pieces for other parts I needed. I have a spare hood, couldn't even give it away - it's going for scrap metal.

Then all of a sudden, when I need a part, the value seems to skyrocket lol I do tend to hold onto bolts and small annoying parts though.

I lack the patience too. I've sold stuff on CL and sometimes it's not worth it when a seller makes you jump hoops.

If I sell something for $10, I'm not driving 15 miles to meet you to do so.

I need to go through my parts and see what o have these days. It's been a while

Selling can be a pain. Bigger parts like hoods would have to be "come and get it" type of deal. My biggest problem with that is I don't want CL users coming around my house and "checking things out".

It's only an inch or two. What's the big deal?

I'm the same way on getting checked out. I load stuff up and meet them in town.

Yup. Same here. If I can't meet you elsewhere, I won't sell it

Just found this. Forgot I had it. Last time I even opened this box was prob 10 yrs ago.

Bought this when ford was closing them out for $99. Was supposed to replace a curbed wheel on my '03GT, but sold the car before I got around to it.

Prob just sit on it another 20-30 years perhaps? Or maybe make a table or clock out of it. [emoji2]

I've been trying to get an '83-'84 gt hood scoop and the people that have them believe they're made out of solid gold.

I remember a few years back when I was trying to buy a smog pump, and all the hoses and solenoids to reinstall the smog system on my car. Most guys threw this stuff out when they took them off their cars. However, when I was looking for the setups, people were telling me they wanted $100 for the setup!

Ended up getting the whole setup for $40 eventually.

I have two spare LX spoilers that I was debating selling...but I think i'll hold onto them for a bit. Also, a few extra dashboards, including a black dash, and my mint OEM red dash.
