I'd personally get smooth valve covers and do the crinkle p'coating, but that's just me. Powdercoating is pretty cheap.

Ok, found a pci of another car from our club w/the same coating on his intake pipe. I know it's not a traditional crinkle but I think that what they coater was calling it. It's actually smooth but has the look of crinkle...kinda. I just love it!
