I have a 2000 gt. I have changed the following new maf iac tp sensor throttle boddy plenum intake manifold headers cat mid pipe borla cat back and fuel injectors 24lb and when my car starts cold it runs at 800 rpm smooth then when it warms up it surges between 300 and 1500 about three or four times and dies. if i keep bliping gas it will run and has tons of power please help if you can.

Any codes? Do you have access to a datalogger? Datalogging would be really helpful. Have you checked that everything is plugged in correctly (unplug and reseat the connector for each sensor)? Have you checked that voltages and signals are correct at the TPS, IAC?

only code i got was a p1000 saying obd2 system has not completed checks and no maf codes even though i unplug it. what is weard is when i unplug maf car will idle even though its ruff so i put old maf on and it does same thing

thats cuz your car doesnt even know what way is up right now.. when you unplug your battery for a period of time it clears everything and your computer has to re calibrate.. bigger injectors are for more fuel when adding forced induction or nitrous... you car will run just fine with your old 19lb. stuff

I am a little new with performance but i am trying to figure out what heads and cams to pick. I want performance but street legal. what u mean by pi headswap is what i want i think . any idea on how to pick my heads and cams and thanks for your help i appreciate it

Your stock injectors will be just fine unless you get a set of heads that have a serious port job and you have an intake to match. I would suggest geting yourself an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and an Anderson PMS. Take that thing to a legit shop with a dyno after your headswap/cams and get some extra HP out of the motor. Hell, you could provably pick up some HP with just the PMS, fuel regulator and a dyno tune right now.
