I know it's not a 'stang, but I figure you guys will appreciate something a bit different. 
So the car came back from the shop saturday, but the mechanics had missed that the cooling fan wasn't ****ing turning (!!!) on the way out. Thankfully everything on the engine seems fine, and we killed it before it ever got too hot.
Today I put a smaller flex fan on so it would clear the trans lines, and I got it running. It's still on open headers, but I did the 20 minute cam breakin and everything.
So why run open headers without a SUPER COOL VIDEO TO SHOW?!?!
It's down below the pics. Still need to cut a hole in the hood so I can run an air cleaner. Any advice on a good tool for hood-cutting is appreciated. <3 The only place it's going without an air cleaner is to the exhaust shop.
The guy who towed our car also happened to be a big Cougar fan. He drove by to show off his ride:
