I want to rebuild my 302, during the rebuild process i want to add gt40intake upper lwr,65mm tb,better heads,oem cam replacement(maybe a different cam),my current headers,and x-pipe.
The reason being is im not looking to be blasting fuel out the door,i dont want to go bigger so plz dont talk me out of it.
My Questions
1) how much horsepwr should that bump me up;with oem and without eom camshaft.
2)whats the cheapest route for better heads gt40 explorer heads or is the aluminum x303gt40 heads worth the 900+ dollars.
3)With the above mods what will i need to supercharge the 5.0. Besides the supercharger kit.
4) will the 302 be able to handle a supercharger which is what i want to do a little after the rebuild. ne ways will it be better(i mean better in the since of less abuse on the motor) with oem heads or with aftermarket(due to valve clearance crap and etc.)or will it be able to handle one at all.
5) my main goal is to SUPERCHARGE so i need more advice towards doing this with my above expected mods
