my gauge cluster is all wrong

I have a 88 stang LX..it has the older clusters the one that only goes to 85 MPH...but the previous owner put 3.73's on the car without fixing the dash cluster...i have mustang gt 3.55. gears that was meant to be for a 86 gt it has like a small gear to fix the speedo..will that work???the cluster looks the same????..... matter of fact the whole thi is wrong it cant read temp gas gauge dont work all that works is thr RPM and battery gauge

you need to change the speedo gear (tranny end) call Downs Ford
[(732)349-2240] ask to speak to Joe Amato he'll know what you need...

for the other gauges... start by checking fuses, all of the gauges are electrical and work off of sending units... this should get you started
